Biography
Spencer Brackett is currently a Ph.D. Student in the Galluzzi Lab, where he investigates the impact of necroptosis on the immunogenicity of radiation therapy. Prior to joining the Galluzzi Lab as a Ph.D. Student (2025), Spencer obtained his B.Sc. In Biochemistry from Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, USA; 2020-2024). In his undergraduate research, he was involved in a number of projects that focused on elucidating the efficacy of small molecules for triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) therapy. Spencer has a special interest in understanding immune evasion mechanisms that are in place in the microenvironment of solid tumors.
